On Friday June 8th, 13 members of Sinn Féin Poblachtach and 1 member of the public were up before a British court on charges in relation to the attack on an Easter Commemoration in Lurgan by the Crown Forces. Unsurprisingly the case was put back for another two weeks.

A member of Sinn Féin Poblachtach was unable to attend today’s court case as his five year old daughter is going through a serious operations and he is required to be by her side. His solicitor handed Judge Bernie Kelly letters from the doctors explaining his absence. Judge Kelly point blank refused his explanation for his absence and issued a warrant for his arrest. This is the same Sinn Féin Poblachtach member who last week had his curfew lifted to care for his elderly mother with Alzheimer’s by the high court after Judge Bernie Kelly refused and made disgraceful comments about…
