Watching your team play in a semi-final is a special thing, especially when a treble is still on the cards.
You pay the money for your ticket, your transport and your food and drinks while out for the day. Most likely, in this economy spending money on what you shouldn’t be. You get to your seat, settle in for what you expect to be a thrilling encounter and expect your team to perform to the best of their ability.
That doesn’t always happen and as a supporter you can accept that, eventually after probably several bouts of rage – you get over it. You pick yourself up and move on to the next game.
To watch your side get blatantly robbed of every decision before your eyes and you know that there’s nothing you can do to stop it, makes you sick to your stomach.
