A SHAME Fein councillor has cited health reasons (is he having a laugh) for his decision to quit elected politics in Dublin.
The (stoop down low party) yesterday confirmed that north inner city represtative Jonathan Dowdall, pictured above, a businessman who was elected to Dublin City Council earlier this year, is stepping down from his local authority role. Deputy leader and Dublin Central TD Mary Lou McDonald paid tribute to Mr Dowdall, describing him as a hard worker who would be missed by his constituents. She also appealed for privacy for the former councillor and his family.
With many thanks to: The Irish News, for the origional story.
